Marketing Director - UK & Ireland

Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 per annum + Car Allowance

SF Recruitment is partnering on an exclusive basis with a leading provider of innovative healthcare and consumer solutions to recruit a Marketing Director for their UK & Ireland Wholesale division, based in Warrington. This is a unique opportunity to take a senior leadership role, driving marketing strategy, brand growth, and commercial performance across multiple B2B channels.

The successful candidate will define and deliver the strategic marketing vision, leading all Marketing, Commercial Enablement, Customer Success, and Brand Excellence. You will manage a portfolio of premium brands across multiple channels, provide commercial judgement, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Monitoring market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to develop effective marketing and value-added plans.
  • Leading annual commercial planning and ensuring ongoing alignment with global initiatives.
  • Managing brand strategy across multiple brands and developing channel strategies across Independents, Multi-Nationals, Large Retail, NHS, Government Reimbursement, and Education.
  • Measuring and reporting ROI of marketing initiatives, adapting plans to changing business and market needs.
  • Creating added-value and educational programmes for customers and colleagues, aligned with compliance and budget.
  • Leading product lifecycle management, pricing, launches, and portfolio strategy.
  • Coaching and developing a high-performing marketing team and collaborating with Sales and Field teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Developing and managing the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and commercial decision-making.
  • Ensuring all marketing activities comply with regulatory and data protection standards, setting the 'tone from the top' on governance and compliance.
Qualifications
  • Significant experience in marketing leadership roles with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Strong commercial and leadership experience, managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Digital marketing proficiency.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, resilience, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong commercial, financial, and analytical acumen, project management skills, and experience in leading teams and driving customer value.
  • A Bachelor's degree is essential; a Master's or MBA is desirable.
  • Experience in sectors serving professional customers and technical products is advantageous.
