Responsibilities
  • Owning the marketing strategy across all channels to grow SME customer base
  • Delivering high-profile brand campaigns and performance-driven marketing to drive acquisition and growth
  • Managing and developing a talented team of marketers
  • Leveraging insights, data, and emerging technologies (including AI) to optimise activity across digital and traditional channels
  • Managing a significant marketing budget, ensuring delivery of measurable, high-impact campaigns across multiple channels
  • Partnering closely with senior leaders across the business to align marketing plans with strategic objectives, driving visible impact on commercial outcomes
Qualifications
  • Experience leading B2B marketing strategies for financial services organisations
  • Broad marketing expertise across brand, digital, performance and campaign delivery
  • Targeted the SME market
