About your job

As our Marketing Communications Manager, you will drive boxing the development and execution of integrated strategies that elevate our brand and products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage agency partnerships, and ensure compliance. This role is your chance to make a real difference in a dynamic, innovative environment.

Here is what you will achieve
  • Develop and deliver integrated marketing communications strategies, working closely with the Marketing Manager and Crop Managers to create plans that are approved, implemented, and results driven. You will recommend the best communication channels and craft compelling product positioning and key messages.
  • Coordinate seamless delivery of marketing material, ensuring all content, from events and advertising to PR and social media, is on message, on time, and on budget. You will lead the planning and execution of our presence at events, creating engaging experiences that reflect our brand’s professionalism.
  • Manage the approval process to guarantee all communications comply with company standards, laws, and industry guidelines. You’ll maintain up-to-date records and challenge non-compliant materials, ensuring everything we share is accurate and trustworthy.
  • Monitor campaign performance using data-driven metrics, producing regular reports and recommendations to optimise future campaigns and maximise their impact.
  • Oversee budget planning and management, ensuring resources are used efficiently. You will work with the Marketing Manager and Crop Managers to align financial commitments with budgets and optimise the return on investment.
  • Lead agency partnerships, from briefing and directing projects to evaluating performance. You’ll maintain strong relationships, organise briefings, and ensure all teams internally and externally are aligned and working effectively together.
  • Collaborate proactively within cross-functional teams, sharing your expertise to prioritise audiences, messages, and channels. You’ll guide decision-making to ensure campaigns are targeted, effective, and resource efficient.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest trends in marketing communications. You will identify opportunities and potential impacts for the business,blers ensuring our strategies remain innovative and relevant.
  • Serve as the UK Contact for label creation and approvals, working closely with internal regulatory teams and external designers to ensure all product labels are accurate, compliant, and up to date.
    • Provide critical regulatory support to the UK team, including:
    • Organising and maintaining product organic status with accredited bodies.
    • Completing Annual Survey submissions.
    • Overseeing Trial Permits.
    • Conducting an annual review of Green Book entries to ensure accuracy.
