We are recruiting for an exciting NEW role and are seeking a creative and innovative Senior Marketing Communications Executive to manage and deliver brand messaging across all channels, while producing online and offline creative assets that support Frasers Hospitality's global brand objectives and the marketing needs of individual properties across the EMEA portfolio. You'll play a key role in driving engagement and guest bookings, supporting commercial objectives, and maintaining a strong and consistent brand presence across the region.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with on-site property teams across EMEA to provide marketing materials, campaign execution, and support for local initiatives, ensuring alignment with global brand objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with local businesses while supporting regional marketing needs.
  • Deliver design and creative assets for campaigns, presentations, and business-driving initiatives to the EMEA commercial team.
  • Maintain consistent communication with HQ brand and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and regionally relevant marketing activities.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to uphold brand standards across all touchpoints.
  • Develop and manage brand-aligned content for both digital and offline channels, ensuring consistency in tone and visual identity.
  • Design assets for segmented B2B and B2C email campaigns, and create visual materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure creative output aligns with performance-driven marketing goals.
  • Support regional PR initiatives, including planning, press material development, and media engagement in collaboration with the Head of Marketing and external PR agencies.
  • Own and manage the regional social media content strategy, including content creation, influencer coordination, trend monitoring, and performance analytics across platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
  • You'll build relationships with property teams across EMEA and collaborate with the central marketing team (based in HQ Singapore). This is an ideal role for someone who is a great communicator and team player, passionate about hospitality, skilled in brand storytelling, visual design and optimising social media channels and confident using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to bring ideas to life across multiple channels.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in marketing communications and creative content development within hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer-facing brands.
  • Strong design skills with proficiency in Canva for agile content creation and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) for high-impact visual assets.
  • Experience managing content across digital and offline channels, including social media, email, print, and PR collateral.
  • Confident in planning, capturing, editing, and posting content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
  • Skilled in visual storytelling with a good eye for layout, pacing, and brand alignment.
  • Familiarity with social scheduling and analytics tools such as Metricool.
  • Ability to support properties across the EMEA portfolio with campaign execution, localised content, and media outreach.
  • Strong understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to maintain visual and messaging consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Clear communicator with the ability to build relationships across property teams, departments, and external agencies.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while staying connected to the regional and central marketing team.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with some travel across the region to stay close to property-level activity and opportunities.
