Are you a creative design professional with a passion for visual storytelling and high-impact presentations? CV Screen is recruiting for a Marketing & Communications Designer based in London, with a salary of up to £60,000. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading workplace consultancy that delivers innovative office solutions to high-profile corporate clients. You’ll play a key role in shaping how the brand is visually communicated—taking ownership of bid design, RFP responses, and marketing materials. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Own the visual design for bids, tenders, and RFPs—delivering standout digital-first submissions.

  • Create engaging, on-brand presentations, graphics, and microsite-style responses.

  • Translate complex ideas into visually compelling storytelling.

  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to develop content that wins new business.

  • Maintain consistency across all visual touchpoints while driving design innovation.

What Experience is Required
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of pitch decks and presentation work.

  • Expert-level skills in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-value B2B environments.

Location

Based in London, hybrid working (2 days from home) on completion of probationary period
