About the Role

We’re growing fast and expanding our digital footprint, and we’re looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to support impactful campaigns, develop your digital marketing skills, and play a key role in driving brand awareness and lead generation.

What You’ll Do

As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll work closely with our marketing and commercial teams to support campaign execution, data management, and digital performance tracking. You’ll help ensure our marketing operations run smoothly – and that every campaign delivers measurable results.

Research, Insights & Reporting
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Compile and analyse campaign performance and website analytics.
  • Create monthly reports on key metrics such as traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
Marketing Operations & Automation
  • Manage and maintain HubSpot and CRM systems to ensure clean, accurate data.
  • Support segmentation, lead scoring, and automation workflows.
  • Build dashboards to track KPIs and report campaign performance.
Campaign Execution
  • Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns (PPC, email, and social).
  • Support lead nurturing workflows to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Monitor and optimise campaign performance for better ROI.
  • Help deliver demand generation strategies that drive visibility and qualified leads.
Content & Digital Support
  • Create engaging LinkedIn content (infographics, carousels, short videos).
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to maintain brand consistency.
  • Support website performance tracking, identifying top‑performing pages and CTAs.
  • Contribute to monthly reports on web traffic and conversion metrics.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing support role (internships included).
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of PPC and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) is a plus.
