Overview

We have the pleasure of recruiting for a Marketing Assistant for our client based between Sleaford and Grantham. This is an exciting opportunity join a growing business. You will join a a small, friendly team reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns, coordinate communications and help drive brand awareness across multiple channels.

This is a full time office based role with a salary of £25,000. Due to the rural location, you must drive and have your own reliable transport.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, creating and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, designers and external agencies to meet deadlines and maintain brand standards
  • Provide updates and website content as well as schedule and post content across social media channels.
  • Capture high-quality photographs of products, events and team activities for marketing use.
  • Assist in planning, promoting and delivering events, exhibitions and trade shows.
Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate will have previous marketing and communications experience and have a good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing principles as well as experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • You will also have strong organisational skills with attention to detail and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
