Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Assistant to join the marketing team. You’ll play a key role in supporting campaigns, content creation, brand management, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating, scheduling, and delivering digital and print marketing campaigns
  • Support production and distribution of content, including blogs, brochures, newsletters, and branded materials
  • Help maintain the company website and social media channels
  • Ensure all marketing output aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and compliance standards
  • Assist in internal communications such as adviser updates and staff newsletters
  • Coordinate events, webinars, and exhibitions, including prep and post-event activity
  • Maintain the marketing calendar and track deadlines, campaign progress, and project milestones
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project milestones
  • Provide administrative support across Marketing, Operations, and Compliance teams
  • Monitor and report on digital campaign performance and social engagement
  • Contribute ideas to improve campaign reach and effectiveness
  • Take part in training and development to stay current with marketing trends

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles and platforms (e.g. social media, email marketing, CMS)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Highly organised and able to mange multiple tasks
  • Team-oriented and eager to learn
  • Marketing or media qualification (or currently working towards one)
  • Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or WordPress
  • Familiarity with Mailchimp, CRM systems, or analytics platforms
  • Experience in a financial or professional services environment
