- Coordinating the design and launch of a new website that reflects our values and strengthens our digital presence
- Shaping and delivering marketing campaigns that elevate our brand and drive engagement with clients, candidates and learners
- Creating and maintaining brochures, decks and branded collateral that showcase our distinctive style and voice
- Supporting events and webinars, including promotion, communications and materials to ensure high visibility and attendance
- Managing and optimising social media posting and scheduling across LinkedIn and other platforms to grow reach and engagement
- Driving visibility by implementing SEO best practices across our website, blogs and campaigns
- Analysing and reporting on Google Ads performance to help optimise campaigns and improve ROI
- Using AI tools to support content creation, research and campaign optimisation
What we're looking for
- Someone creative with a brilliant sense of style and an eye for brand identity and design
- A confident communicator who can capture attention with words, visuals and storytelling
- Experience with SEO, Google Ads, social media management and digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, HubSpot/Mailchimp, scheduling platforms)
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.) to enhance marketing and communications
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive, high-energy environment
- Bonus points for:
- Experience with Thinkific (or other learning platforms)
- Background in recruitment, HR, or training environments
- Previous involvement in website builds or brand refresh projects
Why join us
- Be part of a multi-award-winning, B-Corp certified business with a reputation for excellence
- A supportive, collaborative team culture built on humour, trust, and impact
- Flexible working across 3 days per week, with a mix of office and remote
- The chance to make a real difference by amplifying the voice of a brand that champions diverse talent and professional development
