Job Description

As a Marketing Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their marketing needs are met with creativity and precision. You will oversee campaign planning and execution while building lasting relationships with clients, helping them achieve their marketing goals.

Salary

£27,000 - £34,000 per annum negotiable

Responsibilities
  • Client Relations: Build strong, positive relationships with clients through regular communication and in-person and online meetings, understanding their needs, and providing tailored marketing solutions.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms, ensuring they meet client objectives. This includes overseeing the creative development of campaigns, setting up and tracking performance, and optimising as needed.
  • Content & Creative Development: Collaborate on content ideas for social media, email, and ad campaigns. Bring creativity to your work with clients, ensuring their campaigns are engaging and effective.
  • Measure, report, and evaluate campaign performance against client KPIs, using insights to guide campaign improvement and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Copywriting: Craft compelling copy for Facebook ads and social media posts to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research using various software tools and analysing clients' monthly reports to provide actionable insights.
  • Client Reporting: Preparing monthly reports and campaign approval documents for clients.
