Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (40 hours/week)

We're looking for a skilled and passionate Marine Engineer to join a well-established marine engineering company. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a wide variety of leisure and commercial marine projects, delivering exceptional standards of workmanship and customer care.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone experienced with marine mechanical systems up to 1000hp who enjoys working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out mechanical engineering on a range of leisure and commercial craft (up to 1000hp)
  • Interact with clients on-site, promoting services and upholding high professional standards
  • Work effectively as part of a skilled team to deliver quality and efficiency across projects
  • Support continuous improvement and business development through input and feedback
  • Maintain and promote high standards of health and safety at all times
Essential Candidate Requirements
  • Proven and current experience as a marine mechanical engineer
  • Strong understanding of marine engines and systems up to 1000hp
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong teamworking and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of health and safety regulations in a marine environment
Desirable Candidate Requirements
  • Experience with marine electrical systems
  • Customer-facing experience or training

  • 40-hour week: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, with ½ hour lunch break
