A leading global broking house is seeking a Marine Technician for a hybrid role requiring only 3 days in the City of London office each month. Summary

Are you a Marine Technician who is looking for Hybrid working flexibility? We have a new vacancy that requires only 3 days per month attendance in the City of London office. Your new employer is an established global, Lloyds accredited broking house.

Marine Technician / Overview

In this role you will be responsible for a range of technical support functions that will facilitate the successful placement and servicing of international marine business.

  • Extraction of information from MRC and endorsements.
  • Creation of invoices and evidence of cover for issuing to clients.
  • Submission of premiums to Xchanging and non-bureaux markets.
  • Calculating commissions and brokerage.
  • Premium processing.
  • Monitoring PPW's.
  • Ensure the integrity of all market & client documentation, files and digital records.
What is required
  • Experience within a technical support role within the Lloyds / London market.
  • Familiarity with Xchanging processes and platforms.
  • Some exposure to marine risks.
