A leading engineering firm in Radway Green is seeking a Manufacturing Technician. This role involves maintaining safe manufacturing processes, adhering to quality standards, and operating equipment. The Manufacturing Team has developed into a stable and well-functioning unit operating on a 3 shift rotating system of 37 hours per week. The three shifts consist of Monday to Thursday 8hrs per shift and Friday 5 hours per shift at a 25% shift enhancement. There are opportunities for overtime which has a 25% enhancement in the week and a 60% enhancement on the weekend above base rate.
