Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing, preferably in food or FMCG.
  • Experience leading multi-skilled teams in high-pressure environments.
  • Proven skills in lean methods and continuous improvement tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
