Production Operative Nights

Our client in Corby are looking to recruit Production Operatives to join their team on a temp-perm contract.

You will work as part of a team in a busy manufacturing working environment (galvanising factory).

Applicants must be very reliable, be physically fit and work well in a team within a fast moving production environment where excellent customer service and high product quality is the key to our Client's continued success.

Additional Details

• Sunday to Thursday permanent night shifts
• Very heavy lifting occasionally required
• Excellent pay rates with pay increase structure

Hours and Shift Patterns

• Night Shifts: 21:30 – 06:00 (permanent shift, although training will be provided on Day shift for up to 4 weeks)

Benefits

Here is a breakdown of the pay structure:

• £14.00 ph Standard hours
• £21.00 ph Overtime (Mon‑Sat)
• £28.00 ph Overtime (Sunday)
• £94.00 per week night Shift allowance

Once taken on permanent after 12 weeks, there will be again a significant pay increase:

• £14.60 ph Standard hours
• £21.30 ph overtime hours Mon‑Sat
• £28.40 ph overtime hours Sunday
• £94.00 per week night Shift allowance
• Bonus payments.
