As a Manufacturing Key Operative – Warehouse and FLT you will join our busy, fast-paced manufacturing site to complete inventory, software and warehouse functions, ensuring that all deliveries are documented and distributed on time.
Responsibilities
- May have previous manufacturing and food handling experience (full training will be provided if not).
- Enjoy working in a fast‑paced, physical manufacturing environment distributing quality, food‑safe products for customers.
- Use trained skills to support moving and managing stock using a forklift truck if required.
- Feel comfortable working in a warehouse environment that can be dusty, noisy and have varied temperatures.
- Perform a variety of physical activities such as lifting, bending, walking, pushing, pulling and stretching.
- Complete operational tasks such as picking, loading and unloading different types of product.
- Support moving and managing stock (using a forklift truck if required).
- Complete related administration tasks and maintain a good working relationship between Manufacturing and Logistics.
- Receive training on a variety of tasks to ensure delivery of top‑quality products.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing and food handling experience preferred.
- Experience or willingness to use a forklift truck.
- Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting, bending, walking, and using forklift equipment.
- Strong organisational and people‑focused abilities.
