Ideal candidates will possess a degree in Manufacturing Engineering, with experience in manufacturing settings and proficiency in CAD software. Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing engineering role, ideally in an assembly environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement tools.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Engineering Design team to ensure manufacturability.
  • Specify, develop and validate new capital equipment and processes.
  • Lead Manufacturing Risk Assessment and PFMEA processes.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards and industry regulations.
  • Create and maintain process documentation and SOPs.
  • Support capital projects and cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Provide technical support for production challenges.
  • Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
