A British automotive manufacturer in Leamington Spa is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and enhance manufacturing processes. You will improve efficiency, create SOPs, and track OEE in a fast-paced environment. What you’ll be doing
You will be responsible for developing and improving our manufacturing processes, ensuring the line operates safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Your focus will include SOPs, BOP, line balance, tooling and equipment, as well as driving measurable improvements in efficiency and OEE.
