Manufacturing Engineer (NPI/NPD Lead) – Location: Alcester. Contract - Umbrella/PAYE. Start ASAP.

We're looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to lead NPI/NPD projects in a fast-paced aerospace environment. You'll be responsible for introducing new customer requirements and products, ensuring they are effectively integrated into existing manufacturing processes, while working closely with major aerospace clients.
