Manual Grinder (Night Shift)

Location: Tamworth
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Night shift, Mon-Thurs, Permanent

A well-established precision engineering company in Tamworth is looking for a skilled Manual Grinder to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Manual Grinder who takes pride in producing high-quality, accurate components for industries such as motorsport, aerospace, and advanced engineering.

The Role: As a Manual Grinder, you'll be responsible for the precision grinding of components to tight tolerances, working from detailed technical drawings and ensuring the highest possible standards of finish. The ideal Manual Grinder will have experience operating Jones & Shipman machines, though training can be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out manual grinding on a range of precision components
