We’re thrilled to be partnering with a dynamic and fast‑growing training SME business that is seeking an experienced Managing Director/Head of Business to lead through its next phase of expansion.

The company is currently generating circa £10 million in revenue, with ambitious plans to scale to £20 million within the next three years. Headcount sits at 7080 employees, and the goal is to grow this to around 200 over the same period.

The successful candidate will have proven experience scaling businesses, strong commercial acumen, and the leadership capability to shape, drive, and deliver a compelling growth strategy. You will have full autonomy to develop the vision and steer the organisation forward.

You will lead a talented senior team of seven direct reports, including the Heads of Marketing, Operations, Partnerships, and other key functions.

What Were Looking For
