They split the business into three specialist teams delivering permanent and interim briefs across C&I, FS and NFP/Third sector. Responsibilities

• Support the Director in growing and building out the interim team and interim offering.
• Collaborate with the established permanent team to recruit Accountants from transactional level up to CFO.
• Leverage the firm\'s established client base and brand to deliver high-quality placements.
• Work autonomously yet collaboratively within a forward-thinking, entrepreneurial environment.
