Job description

Financial Operations & Compliance

• Ensure all financial compliances for BEZA plant including Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, VAT, and compliance under Companies Act.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely statutory reporting.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.

SOP & Process Development

• Develop and implement SOPs, processes, and internal controls for the BEZA plant aligned with the company's standard practices.
• Continuously review processes to strengthen internal control mechanisms.

Support to Bangladesh & India Finance Teams

• Collaborate with the Regional Bangladesh Finance Team and India Finance Team regarding payment processes, resolving operational challenges, and ensuring smooth financial operations across teams.

Plant Accounting & Cost Management

• Perform monthly and periodic costing of products in coordination with India Finance.
• Analyze factory financial data and provide insights to the plant management team to support efficient factory operations.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for plant operations.

SAP

• A minimum of three years' experience in SAP, including working knowledge of financial and costing modules is essential.
