A service-oriented organization in Bolton is seeking a Central Operations Lead to enhance operations across its divisions. The successful candidate will manage stakeholder relationships, ensure operational compliance, and support new acquisitions. This role offers flexible working, with two office days and a 4-day wellbeing day. Required skills include stakeholder management, strong communication, and performance reporting experience. A competitive health and wellbeing package is provided.
Salary: Up to £30,600 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications, not pro‑ratio)
Location: Bolton, Hybrid – 2 office days per week
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
The Central Operations Lead links central services with operational sites across the Acorn and Options divisions. You work closely with your allocated division to support site leaders, manage operational compliance, coordinate new acquisitions, and drive continuous improvement.
Flexible working: two days in the office, up to two remote days, and one 4‑day working week wellbeing day (subject to eligibility and workload).
