Job description

Responsibilities: Identify issues and recommend best practices for employee relations. Lead functional projects and programs that enhance employee engagement. Provide training and support to managers on employee relations policies. Collaborate with teams to analyze business trends and their impact on employee relations. Contribute to process improvements within the employee relations function.

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualification: CIPD or equivalent.
