As the Manager, Bridge Services for EAME, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity, readiness, and successful deployment of Hyatt’s revenue management ecosystem across franchise and managed hotels during their pre‑opening or conversion phase. You will serve as a trusted expert guiding hotel through the technical, strategic, and operational steps required to launch on Hyatt’s revenue platforms.
From validating system configurations to shaping the environment to enable successful deployment of revenue strategies, you will ensure each property enters the market with confidence and consistency, aligned with Hyatt standards and positioned for commercial success. This role requires strong cross‑functional collaboration with Ramp, Opening & Conversion teams, and property stakeholders, as well as effective communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the transition process.
The role can be based in France, Spain, Germany, or the UK, depending on the candidate’s location and work authorization.
Review and validate HyattPRO configuration, including ceiling/floor rates, day‑of‑week patterns, seasonality, and offsets/modifiers.
Ensure HyattPRO is deployed and activated at the optimal stage of the pre‑opening or conversion process, coordinating with stakeholders to support readiness, operational accuracy, and seamless system launch.
Ensure CRS and PMS are reflective of initial Revenue Management strategies prior to activation of PrO.
Partner with hotels to develop opening pricing strategies, including discount structures and World of Hyatt opening offers.
Oversee HPPP partner activation, Hotelbeds connectivity, and distribution parity.
Maintain visibility into timeline progress and key deliverables across openings and transitions.
Strong background in revenue management with the ability to support multiple properties or markets.
Willingness to travel as business needs dictate.
