Job Summary:

The Manager-Accounts will oversee all financial operations of Jamuna Electronics & Automobiles Ltd., ensuring true and fair financial reporting, strong internal controls, and full regulatory compliance. The role will manage the preparation, review, and finalization of financial statements, planning and execution of budget and budgetary control, product costing and cost analysis, business planning and analysis, taxation, and preparation of finance policy following standard operating procedure (SOP) across retail, dealer, corporate, and manufacturing units. This position supports strategic decisions by ensuring financial transparency and driving operational efficiency to strengthen profitability and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements;
  • To supervise in month-end closing of financial activities, with proper completion of all general ledgers' reconciliation;
  • To monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and reconcile with ERP/Tally Balances;
  • To monitor collection, due status, and perform reconciliation of general ledgers;
  • To prepare the budget, annual operation plan, and performance analysis with variance reporting;
  • To, review, and finalize showroom accounts as per accounting standards;
  • To do accounting and reporting for inventories, assets, and related party transactions, and reconcile with ERP/Tally Balances;
  • To do product costing, cost analysis, business planning, and analysis, financial forecasting, etc.;
  • To ensure compliance with provisions of the Income Tax Act, Value Added Tax Act, and other fiscal and regulatory requirements;
  • To coordinate with internal and external auditors and complete financial statements to be audited by the external auditor on time, and implement the recommendations suggested by the internal auditor, as advised by the management;
  • To lead the accounts team and ensure smooth financial operations for the company;
  • To support in the preparation of financial policies and do the necessary business case analysis; and
  • To support management in strategic financial decision-making.
