We are seeking an experienced Management Capability Coach to support leaders and managers within RGL Group and RFLPS in effectively managing employee absence and performance while fostering a positive and productive work environment. The postholder will support RFLPS and RFL Group to build the capability of its management team in leading and managing their team with a specific focus on attendance and performance management.
