The Opportunity

As a Management Associate, you will oversee, develop, and manage all aspects of Private Equity Insights. Your responsibilities include building and leading a world-class team, ensuring the successful execution of conferences, and driving the brand's strategy.

This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication, high ambition, forward-thinking, and a drive to inspire and lead a team. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be eager to scale the company rapidly.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, build, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Build an ecosystem and deliver outstanding products.
  • Set clear expectations, establish goals, and provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations.
  • Execute the strategy at a rapid pace.
  • Develop the company's brand as a hub for inspiration, knowledge, and networking.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and completion of conferences within timelines and budgets.
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure project objectives are met.
  • Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and collaborate on new client acquisition.

Requirements

  • +4 years’ experience in a fast-paced environment such as management consulting, investment banking, top-tier corporate, or start-up.
  • Bachelor’s degree with outstanding results, possibly followed by an MBA.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a passion for business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • UK, EU, or US work permit.
