Overview
Our client, a leading dance music management company, is seeking a Management Assistant. The role offers a hybrid working structure of two days a week WFH.
Responsibilities
- Working on music registrations and reporting processes to ensure accurate royalty collections.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to manage catalogues, releases, and delivery of music assets.
- Working across social media accounts, conducting audits, monitoring trends, and supporting the creation of engaging content.
- Collaborating with management on marketing plans, brand partnerships, and online presence.
- Working on company and artist profile visibility through trade platforms, events research, and brand development.
- Collaborating with management in providing day-to-day artist support, ensuring smooth communication and organisation.
- Working with developers and designers to maintain and update websites and promotional materials.
- Collaborating with the wider team on general administrative support as required.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of music industry practices (royalties, publishing, artist management).
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with collaborative tools (e.g., Google Workspace).
- Experience in social media management and awareness of digital marketing trends.
- Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for music and supporting artist development.
