A leading housing association in the UK is looking for a Management Accountant to support the Finance team. You'll prepare monthly management accounts, assist budget managers, and enhance financial processes. Ideal candidates should possess a recognized accounting qualification and strong analytical skills. The role promotes a collaborative work environment with flexible working arrangements.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Management Accountant to join our Finance team, supporting the Financial Controller in delivering high quality financial support and expertise to the business. As part of a small, collaborative team of Management Accountants the successful candidate will have exposure to a wide variety of responsibilities and projects. This role offers the chance to develop and use skills across multiple areas including monthly reporting, forecasting, business planning, financial analysis, treasury management and statutory reporting. Business partnering is an important element of the role, supporting senior leaders with financial decision‑making and planning while working to increase financial awareness and acumen across the operational teams. Alongside day‑to‑day responsibilities, the team play an active part in driving efficiencies and improving financial processes, contributing to the continuous enhancement of systems and workflows.
