A local healthcare organization is looking for a Management Accountant to ensure comprehensive monthly financial reporting and assist with budget management. The ideal candidate will be AAT qualified and aiming for CCAB accreditation. This role offers flexible working conditions and the chance to be part of a dedicated finance team. Candidates should have strong analytical skills and experience in the public sector or NHS, working collaboratively to improve service delivery.

As an FSD Level 3 accredited Finance department, training and development is at the heart of what we are about.You must be studying towards and have ambitions to be a fully CCAB or CIMA qualified accountant or have a transferrable level of experience.

The Management Accountant will support the Financial Management team in the provision of financial information, analysis and advice to managers and staff within the Trust in the most timely and effective manner.

New staff can expect a warm welcome but will need to have the ability to build relationships with the team and division whilst working remotely for part of the working week.
