• Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes.

As part of this growth, they are now seeking a Management Accountant to join their finance team. You will take ownership of key areas of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering, providing the leadership team with the information they need to make confident, strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with monthly group management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Deliver accurate and purposeful management reports to support decision‑making.
• Maintain and develop KPI reporting and cost centre analysis.
• Prepare profit centre reports, sensitivity analysis, and monthly cashflow forecasts.
• Lead on budgeting and forecasting, working closely with stakeholders across the business.

• Drive continuous improvement in reporting and processes.

About you

• Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or nearly qualified with strong management accounting experience.
• Skilled in Excel (pivot tables, SUMIF, LOOKUPs).
