Shift Pattern : 12 hours per week
You must have a full UK drivers license & be comfortable driving the person we supports vehicle.

Youll be supporting a non-verbal individual with complex needs and occasional physically challenging behaviours. Although epilepsy is part of the diagnosis, there have been no seizures for five years.
This is a unique role supporting a family-oriented person with a fun, vibrant personality. They love 4x4 off-roading, animals, and arts and crafts, and enjoy humour such as Mr Bean and Top Gear. Support is person-centred, with a focus on building community access. This role suits someone hands‑on, creative, and keen to work closely with family and professionals.
Youll provide high-quality 1 : 1 and 2 : 1 support, offering compassionate, tailored care. The role includes supporting with personal care, engaging in meaningful activities, joining community outings, and helping with household tasks to maintain a comfortable environment. Clear, confident communication in their preferred style is key to building trust and a strong relationship.
Acuity Care Group has nearly 20 years of experience and over 900 staff across our three divisions : LD&A, Bespoke, and Team Brain Injury. This role is part of our LD&A team, supported by an experienced, hands‑on Team Leader.
We provide person‑centred support to adults and children with complex physical and mental disabilities. Our teams work closely with the people we support to deliver tailored care, promote independence, and help them access new experiences.
