Salary: Circa £45,000 - £50,000 (inclusive of shift allowance) + Benefits Package

We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a critical role where you'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes, helping us to advance the world of health.
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll provide both electrical and mechanical support across all areas of production. This includes working in clean rooms and other controlled environments while adhering to strict Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. Your day-to-day work will involve performing scheduled maintenance, monitoring machine performance, and quickly responding to breakdowns to minimize downtime.
We're looking for someone with a background in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Tooling/Plastics processing. This could be through a formal apprenticeship, HND, or university degree.
