Northampton General Hospital is advertising for the position of Maintenance Technician‑Multiskilled‑Electrical. The Trust is investing in the Estates Engineering infrastructure, primarily in our mechanical and electrical engineering systems, to provide the foundation for significant carbon reductions through the introduction of new renewable technologies.
The post holder will undertake a wide and varied technical maintenance work programme, including reactive work, planned preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, and upgrades across both mechanical and electrical services. Work is performed at a technical level and may involve other maintenance disciplines.
As part of the Group Model with neighbouring Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, you may be required to work across both hospital sites depending on service needs.
