Overview

Epic Personnel Partners is actively hiring a Maintenance Technician for a specialized manufacturing facility in Windsor, CT.

Pay Rate: $20–$25/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00AM–5:00PM | Full-Time

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical problems on various industrial equipment.
  • Dismantle, assemble, and adjust machinery using manuals, drawings, and standard tools.
  • Install, align, and calibrate equipment components.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Complete basic electrical tasks such as wiring, circuit repairs, and component replacements.
  • Use precision tools for soldering, crimping, and part fabrication.
  • Safely handle and troubleshoot electrical systems, including high-voltage equipment.
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with quality standards.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • Technical or trade school certificate in electrical, mechanical, or related technology
  • 0–1 years of relevant maintenance or industrial repair experience
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and blueprints
  • Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing, and welding
  • Experience using hand tools, meters, gauges, and alignment equipment
  • Must communicate effectively in English and Spanish
