A large healthcare system in the UK seeks a motivated Maintenance Technician with mechanical skills. An exciting opportunity is now available within the NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde for a motivated and skilled Maintenance Technician (with a mechanical bias). The position is based at Greater Glasgow and Clyde’s laundry unit at Hillington Industrial Estate in Glasgow.
The successful applicant(s) will assist with training and education of apprentices and adult trainees, ensuring they gain the necessary training and experience to meet the needs of their training program. This will also include work with managers to identify and set up the training programs.
This role is eligible for pay enhancement due to shifts and weekend work.
Please be advised that effective 1 April 2026, the full‑time working hours for all Agenda for Change posts will be reduced to 36 hours.
