Rate: £13.27 per hour

About the role

Our Maintenance Technician plays a key role in ensuring that the fabrics, fittings, fixtures and equipment in the home are in good condition.

Responsibilities
  • General maintenance
  • Decorating

  • Carrying out regular risk assessments, audits and checks

You’ll put our people at the heart of everything you do – whether that’s painting bedrooms, building planters in the garden or putting pictures on people’s walls.

Qualifications
  • Broad range of maintenance skills
  • Knowledgeable about and experienced in health and safety legislation and regulations
  • Great communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Digital skills and an understanding of how IT works
  • Team player
  • Kind, caring and understanding
