Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative maintenance per scheduled plans.
• React promptly to machine breakdowns to optimize efficiency.
• Maintain mechanical and electrical systems including PLCs.

Skills

Maintenance engineering experience in an automated environment

Robotic maintenance knowledge

PLC fault-finding experience

Knowledge of Hydraulics

Knowledge of Pneumatics

Education

NVQ / Apprenticeship trained

Maintenance Technician — Birmingham — Monday - Friday — £40,000 - £45,000

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative maintenance according to scheduled maintenance plans
• React to machine breakdowns quickly to optimise plant efficiency
• Maintain mechanical and electrical systems including PLCs, Pneumatics, Hydraulics and process equipment
• Assist production operators with light machine maintenance

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Experience as a maintenance engineer in an automated environment
• Robotic maintenance experience/knowledge
• PLC fault-finding experience
• Knowledge of Hydraulics and Pneumatics
• NVQ / Apprenticeship trained (Beneficial)
