Are you a reliable maintenance technician, looking to work in a new static role in a multi purpose 13 acre estate in London?

Do you want to thrive in a varied maintenance role?

We are recruiting for a new static maintenance assistant position to be based in London near Waterloo station. You will be working in a dedicated team and be working across an interesting portfolio of buildings including education settings, residential buildings, offices and the retail sector. This is the job for a multi skilled maintenance technician with a friendly and professional approach to join a well run and growing enterprise. This is a Monday to Friday role, static, 35 hours per week.

In addition to a salary of £31,000 you will be offered:
