A well-established facilities management provider is recruiting a Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day upkeep of a high-profile commercial building in the Liverpool Street area.

This role is ideal for a hands-on technician with a practical background in building maintenance who takes pride in delivering a safe, well-maintained working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out general building maintenance and minor repairs
  • Support planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules
  • Respond to reactive maintenance requests in a timely manner
  • Assist engineers with mechanical and electrical works where required
  • Conduct basic fault finding on building services systems
  • Complete routine inspections and checks
  • Ensure work is completed in line with health & safety procedures
  • Accurately record work completed using site systems

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a commercial building or facilities environment
  • Practical maintenance skills (basic mechanical, electrical, or fabric works)
  • Knowledge of general building services and plant rooms
