A well-established manufacturing business in the Blackpool area is currently recruiting a Maintenance Team Leader to join their engineering function during an exciting period of growth and investment. With multiple capital and improvement projects scheduled to begin in 2026, this is a key leadership role within the site’s maintenance and reliability strategy.

The successful Maintenance Team Leader will be an experienced, hands‑on leader capable of balancing day‑to‑day maintenance support with effective people management. This role requires a strong technical background and a genuine passion for continuous improvement, reliability, and performance delivery.

Key Responsibilities include :
  • Leading and motivating a team of multi‑skilled maintenance engineers on shift
