As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be the backbone of the team as you’ll be working with the Maintenance Manager to inspire and motivate your colleagues, ensuring that all guests have memorable experiences with us. Ideal Candidate

If you’re our ideal Maintenance Supervisor you will:

• Be yourself!
• Have proven experience in a similar role within Hospitality
• Have proven ability in one or more of the following skills: electrical, plumbing, carpentry
• Be a great communicator: you’ll be working with other departments within the hotel to ensure all facilities are to the high Leonardo standard
• Motivate the team and coach new team members
