Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit a 24-Month fixed term, full time (36.25 hours per week) Maintenance Services Co-ordinator, based in Carlisle, Newcastle or Workington with a salary of (£24,929 - £27,260) per annum.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with partner contractors to manage repairs orders and efficiently complete these within our systems.
  • Liaise with residents where queries may arise.
