Courtman & Co is a leading property management company specialising in lock-up garage sites across London and the South. We are seeking a reliable, experienced Maintenance Operative to join our team on a self-employed basis.

Key Details

• Location : Reading Area
• Rate : £25 / hour (self-employed).
• Schedule : Flexible, with 5 days / week available.
• Tools / Insurance : Own tools and Public Liability Insurance required.
• Driving Licence : Essential.
• Office Visit : Bi-weekly in Reading (RG2) to collect / drop off keys / materials.
• Van : May be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

You’ll carry out day-to-day maintenance across our garage sites — including minor repairs, concreting, hedge trimming, lock changes, waste clearance and basic roofing / guttering works. Jobs are scheduled via tablet and reported back with photos and notes.
