Maintenance Operative

Part Time (16 - 30 hours a week over 3-4 days)

The Role

To provide Caretaker services at Pure Offices, Gloucester (and assisting at our Cheltenham centre from time to time also).

Responsibilities

• Daily site walk around
• Mid-morning clean / check and replenishment of consumables in WCs, lounges and kitchens
• Fire alarm test
• Water temperatures every month
• Meter readings
• Flushing of unused water outlets
• Empty smoking bins
• Litter pick
• Gritting pathways in winter
• Furniture removal
• Tidy bin stores
• Replacing light bulbs
• General repairs and ad hoc tasks (Health and Safety, maintenance, cleaning)
