We're excited to offer this opportunity as we look to the future, our current Maintenance Excellence Manager is moving on to new ventures outside the business, and we're now seeking a passionate and driven individual to carry forward the strong legacy they've built. As our Maintenance Excellence Manager, you'll be at the forefront of delivering value through world‑class asset care. You'll lead the implementation of our Maintenance Excellence Roadmap, champion reliability and performance improvements, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across our engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual Maintenance Excellence implementation plan
• Drive critical engineering processes and reliability‑centred maintenance (RCM)
• Champion root cause analysis and top‑loss performance improvement
• Enhance CMMS usage and inventory management strategies
• Support Autonomous Maintenance and 5S initiatives
• Facilitate RCM workshops and develop standard routines for critical equipment
• Collaborate across teams to deliver cost‑effective maintenance solutions
• Promote a strong safety culture and operational excellence mindset

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance leadership within a manufacturing or FMCG environment
• Strong knowledge of CMMS systems (e.g., SAP, Movex, Mainsaver)
• Expertise in RCA, FMECA, and lean methodologies
• Excellent people management and coaching skills
• A passion for continuous improvement and innovation
• Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels
