Maintenance Engineer Days - Bridgwater

£40,000 - 46,000

Double Days - The role will include 1 Saturday Shift (7.5hrs) per Calendar Month at 1.5 times hourly rate

My client a successful manufacturing company based in Bridgwater, Somerset is looking to recruit a permanent maintenance engineer / time served multi-skilled engineer (Mechanical ) from a manufacturing or packaging background to work a rotating Day Shift - Monday-Friday 6am - 2.15pm / 2pm-10.15pm. Working as part of a small engineering team this is a fantastic opportunity to work with a wide array of Process, Converting and Packaging equipment in the heart of Somerset. You will be working for a stable company that has had increased business in the last few months

Responsibilities

• Day to day fault finding on all production lines, both mechanical and electrical equipment.


• The ability to read both mechanical and electrical drawings


• Carry out scheduled maintenance on production lines.

Qualifications

• A time-served Multi Skilled Engineer


• Have experience in working in a FMCG type environment


• Ideally have pneumatic knowledge


• A self-motivated person with a manner to help out, where required
