Keep our timber-frame factory running like a well-oiled machine.
We're on the hunt for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to handle breakdowns, upkeep, and preventive maintenance in our timber-frame manufacturing environment. Whether it's mechanical repairs, electrical fault-finding, or keeping things moving smoothly, you'll step in, keep downtime low, and help the team hit production goals.

What you'll do:

  • Perform reactive and preventative maintenance on factory machinery
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical faults
  • Carry out PPMs (planned preventive maintenance) and urgent repairs
  • Maintain compliance with health & safety standards
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimise downtime

What we're looking for:

  • Qualified in mechanical/electrical engineering (apprentice-trained or equivalent)
  • Hands-on experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Strong fault-finding, problem-solving, and organisational skills
  • Team player, reliable, and safety-conscious
  • Bonus: experience with automated/PLC-controlled machinery or CMMS systems
